Every Spring/Summer, I make sure to have a running goal with Stripe. Since, the weather permits that we run outdoors (while wearing some cool armani sunglasses, iWish!), we have to make a commitment of how many kilometers should we run each week. Otherwise, running would not be in our Spring/Summer schedule. Last year was an easy 5k/3.1miles a week. This year, we make sure to at least run 10/k a week, if not 15/K. That makes it 2-3 times a week of running 5k a day. We have beautiful running trails in our neighborhood, so why waste it.
