
Here I go again with my Diet Routine.
March 15, I started a new routine. I was feeling a bit sluggish and I realized I have once again plateaud on my work-out routine. I needed more cardio so I vowed to wake up early at least 4x a week and jog around the neighborhood for 30 minutes, at least. The weather was a bit chilly, though perfect for jogging. But I was inspired because there were a lot of old people who were up and about, treading the neighborhood park. Funny though, I saw someone in boots as in Winter boots hee hee.
