september flowers

It's the last day of the month and like what I always do, I check our birthday list notebook so I could start writing birthday cards for mailing. Ever since we got here, hubby and I made it accustom to never fail to greet special relatives and friends (especially those far away from us) on their birthdays by sending greeting cards. We usually mail them by bulk every end of the month. September happens to be the month with many celebrants including me and my brother hee. Which got me wondering if I'll receive a bouquet of birthday flowers from Stripe. You see, he loves giving me flowers on special occasions. I can say that I am lucky to have a very hopeless romantic husband and one who always think of these simple yet very romantic details in our marriage. He is a certified woman’s man. When we were still staying at his Aunt’s place, he surprised her with Thanksgiving centerpieces. I mean for him to even think of that, it was truly a heart-warming gesture that touched his Aunt’s heart. Sometimes, he could be on the overly-mushy side but I could not complain. I would rather have a passionate and loving husband over a boring, dry and very practical one.
