i love productive days.
Today is not-so TGIF friday for us but nevertheless, life must go on.
We choose to be happy and bad news make life more challenging.
Yesterday was a different story. I wasn't expecting the unexpected.
To begin with, I love productive days and as a SAHM, you would understand that being out of the house for 4 hours on a weekday is such a waste of time if not spent well.
That 4 hours outside of the house ended up very productive!
Everything in the townhome logistics move is ok (sorry i'm really OC in every aspect of my life and every small details do count).
We're good to move on July 1, yes not June 30.
We chose Cox over Verizon and I'm happy to say that I was able to convince Stripe to get TFC, yahoo! (next time, GMA naman LOL!)
This station keeps me sane and insane LOL!
Our very beautiful hardwood dining table is waiting for our 1st meal.
Ethan is aware and oriented that he will no longer see Grandpa, Grandma and Kuya Lucky on a daily basis.
By now, he's getting used to all this moving.
Here's the unexpected. BIG GRIN AND SMILE reaching beyond my ears LOL!
Before we went home, I enrolled for my Summer Quarter classes and will take an effing-difficult-filled-with-mathematics subject, Quantitative Methods! Whoa! Ano yun?
I'm grateful to say, they allowed me to take 1 subject only, it should be my prerogative afterall.
As I was talking with some staff at the Student Affairs, I asked for my unofficial transcript for the Spring Quarter. Then they began roaring with cheers.
"I knew she was gonna ask for it!"
"You didn't know you got As in both subject? (partly yes) and you're part of our G.P.A. Honor Roll?"
"Huwat, teka muna, may premyo ba or discount sa tuition?"
Then the Dean gave me this certificate (which I am too shy to post here hahah!) stating that I am an Honor Student. Apparently,I got consistent 4.5 grades in all areas and one of the subjects I took, only 3 of us got As.
I was blushing the whole time and was too embarassed, ang OA kasi nila pramis hahha! I forgot to ask about the academic scholarship program, maybe next week when I sell my old books. Yes, matipid ako noh, i'm gonna sell my very expensive books which I used last Spring class totalling to almost a cost of an LV Damier Azur Speedy 30 bag. No exaggeration.
I got a dollar and a happy meal from Tito Vernon for being such a diligent student haha.

i sell my textbooks at half.com. nung 1st sem ko sa school, i bought 1 book at $100 tapos binili nila ng $30 sa bookstore namin tapos ibenta nila ng $70.hay naku..well, baka naman iba ang bookstore nyo!kaya mula nun sa half.com na nga ako bumibili at nagbebenta ng books. hmmlibre promo ito ah)
congrats ulit sis! you deserve a's!!
Clap clap!!! Congrats! Ang galing galing Em. Waiting for your kwento about the move... and pictures.
uy dang that's a very nice tip kasi alam mo ba naman yung kin-quote nila sa akin for the buyback rate 10 dollars lang for each book pero ito yung online selling. I'll try to drop dun sa openhouse book selling ng university kung mababa pa rin sa half.com ko na ibebenta. sayang din kasi ang mahal na naman ng book ko this quarter.
thanks sis!
